SMG offers convenient Online Training that reduces backfill costs. Traditional 1/2-Day to 2-Day training, refresher training and Train-the-Trainer programs are also available. We provide effective and proven training and consultation services in the following

Approved by the Ministry of Community and Social Services, the unique Safe Management Group (SMG) program is a result of extensive collaboration between psychologists, behaviour therapists and internationally recognized physical intervention specialists.
Our humanistic approach to crisis intervention training promotes both individual and community safety. We emphasize the need to respect your client’s or patient’s well being, while ensuring that your staff and others are not placed in unsafe situations.
